What is the turn around time?

Each item is uniquely handcrafted.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the creation process before shipping.

Rush orders may be accommodated upon request. Please see "can you rush my order?"

Can I request a custom design or product?

Yes, you are able to request custom designs, engravings or products.

If you would like a custom order you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $10.00. Once the deposit has been paid, please sent through an email with all relevant information that you would like on your custom order including photos of your desired product.

The deposit will be deducted from your final total.

Please note that this can result in some delays to processing to allow for design and confirmation.

Can you rush my order?

Yes, a rushed order is able to be completed with an additional $20 fee noting that changes to order processing will need to occur.

This fee is an addition to the cost of the product and will not be deducted from the total cost.

Can I pick up my order?

In some circumstances, we may allow collection of you order instead of postage.

Further discussions regarding collection can occur via email at Lacies Lovies.

If you are approved for collection your shipping will be refunded.

What is the shipping timeframes?

Orders are sent through Australia post and are subject to Australia Post timeframes and delays.

Upgrades to express shipping are available should you require your order quickly.

Estimated shipping timeframes are as follows;

Based on a Brisbane departure and business days (excluding public holidays, peak season and weekends) the estimated shipping timeframes are as follows;

  • Sydney Metro:  2 – 4 days / Country NSW: 3 – 6 days
  • Canberra: 2 – 4 days
  • Melbourne Metro: 2 - 5 days / Country Victoria:  2 – 6 days
  • Brisbane Metro: 2 – 3 days / Country
    QLD: 2 – 7 days / Far North QLD: 4 – 6 days / Remote Far North QLD: 6 – 12 days
  • Adelaide Metro: 4 – 7 days / Country
    South Australia: 3 – 6 days
  • Perth Metro: 4 – 7 days / Country
    WA:  7 – 11 days
  • Tasmania: 3 – 5 days
  • Darwin: 4 – 8 days / Alice Springs:
    4 – 7 days / Northern Territory: 14 – 15 days

Once the product has left Lacies Lovies, we no longer take responsibility for your parcel.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days
after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lacieslovies@gmail.com. Please
note that returns will need to be sent to us before the refund process can
occur. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to
send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will
not be accepted. 

Once we receive your returned item or confirm the issue with
a defective product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned including custom
products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if
you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale
items or gift cards.

Do you accept cancellation?

Cancellation

We will accept cancellations up to 48 hours after your purchase.

After this time, work on your item may have begun, and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If work has not started, you are eligible for a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
